MUMMY MUSIC ARTICLE ON APPLE WEBSITE – February 10, 2006
Gil Talmi and Andrew Gross, who composed the score for our doc The Mummy Who Would Be King, have been featured in an article posted on Apple’s website. In the article, titled “Music Fit for a King”, Gil and Andrew describe their creative process: “We wanted to do the mummy justice through the music. For us that meant mystery and respect, something regal that reflected ancient and distant times, hints of Middle Eastern influences, and…the melding of East and West, old and new.”
